The correct answer is D.

Of the four answers available, facial recognition is the only one that could be used to track an account across multiple sites. For example,  if you take the profile photo from a Facebook account and search for it using Google’s content-based image retrieval system, you will see all account profiles that have the same picture as the profile image.
