The following command is issued on a Cisco Router:

A. Debugging, informational, notifications, warnings
B. Notifications, warnings, errors
C. Warnings only
D. Warnings, errors, critical, alerts, emergencies

There are eight levels of severity for issues with the IOS systems:

0 — Emergency
1 — Alert
2 — Critical
3 — Error
4 — Warning
5 — Notice
6 — Informational
7 — Debugging

Emergency (0) is the most severe and Debugging (7) is the least severe.

When setting a level, the alerts will include thatlevel and more severe. If you set a level of 7, then you get all levels of messages. If you set a level of 4 (Warnings), you get that level and more severe.
