War driving is the act of detecting the presence of active wireless networks. This is done through the detection of the radio transmissions from the wireless base stations.

The only option in this question which addresses radio transmissions if optimized antenna placement. This could reduce the strength of the radio signal reaching outside locations, thus minimizing the chance of detection. However, it is not the best possible prevention of war driving. Not having a wireless network would be the best, followed by the use of a Faraday cage to enclose the building (or rooms) where wireless is to be used internally but blocked externally.

MAC filtering does not prevent war driving wireless detection or attempting unauthorized access into the wireless network. As MAC addresses are sent in the clear, even on encrypted wireless and spoofing MAC addresses is a simple hack. Wireless isolation prevents clients from seeing and interacting with each other directly over radio transmissions, it requires that the base station or a separate server be used to support client to client interactions. This is a preferred option in company wireless networks and in public networks, but is likely a nuisance in a home wireless network. Wireless isolation in no way affects the radio signals of the base station. Setting DHCP reservations does not reduce war driving as it does not affect the radio signals of the base station.
