When I teach the CallPilot product, one comment I often get is that an administrator spends so much time simply resetting passwords for users who have gotten locked out of their mailboxes because they forgot their password. Here we will show an administrator how to set up and utilize Password Reset Service, introduced with CallPilot Release 5. This feature is not unlike trying to access one of your accounts online when you can’t remember your user ID or password.
